AGNTICSTUDIO is a small software studio. We build agentic automation for businesses that don’t have an IT department and can’t justify one.
What we believe
The agentic part should be as small as possible. A model is an expensive, non-deterministic component. Use it for the one decision that genuinely needs judgement, and make everything around it ordinary software that can be tested and relied upon.
Economics decide whether automation is worth it. A system that costs more to run than the time it saves is a hobby. We instrument cost from the first day and tell you when something isn’t worth building.
Trust is earned by being boring. No surprises, no irreversible actions, no silent guesses. A system you can’t leave alone isn’t saving you anything.
Work inside the tools you already have. The best automation adds no new software to your day. Drafts appear where you already look.
Why us
We build and ship production software — including apps on the App Store and infrastructure that runs unattended. The automation work grew out of solving a real problem for a real organisation, not out of a slide deck, and the first system we built is still running every day.
That matters because most of the difficulty in this work isn’t the AI. It’s the unglamorous 90%: connecting to systems properly, handling credentials safely, knowing when not to act, and making sure a failure is visible rather than silent.
